If you find a lower rate for The Continent hotel, room type and dates within 24 hours of making your reservation, send a claim to [email protected]. We’ll review the claim, and if approved, we’ll match the rate and give you an additional 5% discount on the room.
Hotel rates are per room based on a maximum occupancy of two.

Our hotel uses SSL secure encryption to ensure that all your personal information and credit card details are kept confidential. The security of information is very important for us.
For added security, guests are requested to present the credit card used in the online booking/purchase of accommodation together with personal identification (ID card or passport) upon check-in. Should you not wish to submit your credit card information online, we are pleased to accept reservations via fax or phone. However, credit card information will still be required to guarantee the reservation.
All reservations must be guaranteed, either by a credit card or cash. All cancellations and changes must be made by 6:00 pm, local time, 48 hours prior to arrival date. Otherwise, either a penalty of one night’s room rate plus tax and service will be billed to the credit card or the deposit received for the reservation will be forfeited. Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval by the Hotel.

Yes, vegetarian dishes are available both on the breakfast buffet line and a la carte.
Strictly speaking, the food served is not ‘Halal’, however we have a viarity of dishes available that are suitable substitutes.

We accept baggage storage at the hotel for guests who have a return hotel booking.
We note there is adequate and secure baggage storage available in both airports for your convenience.
Bangkok being a tropical city, weather is warm throughout the year with April and May being especially hot and sticky. June to September are cooler months (24-28c), however, it is the rainy season. The most pleasant time of year is October to February, where temperatures range from 25-28c with light breezes and only the occasional shower.
It is not recommended to drink tap water in Thailand.

Bumrungrad Hospital on Sukhumvit Soi 3 is 20-25 minutes drive from the hotel.
We have a pharmacy at the front of the hotel open from 9am to 10pm daily or Boots pharmacy open from 9am to 7pm daily at The Interchange building Sky-train level adjacent to the hotel.
There is a Wellness Medical Clinic at The Interchange building open from 8am to 8pm daily adjacent to the hotel.
The nearest full-service bank and ATM machine is located at The Interchange Building, Exchange Building and Terminal 21.
Business hours are from 8:00 am or 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Banks in department stores are open 10:00 am-9:00 pm or 11:00 am-10:00 pm, seven days a week.

Airport Rail Link
Operating daily from 06.00 to 24.00, the Airport Link to Suvarnabhumi Airport will provide two transit options:
Direct Express Train
Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link is now ready to provide check-in and luggage transfer services at Makkasan Station. Passengers can check in at Makkasan Station 3-12 hours before their flights on their way to the airport terminus, Suvarnabhumi Station.
The ride will take 15 minutes from the City Air Terminal (Makkasan) train station. This service will connect to the city’s mass transit subway system. Passengers will have the opportunity of checking in their luggage at the City Air Terminal, before boarding the express train to Suvarnabhumi airport.
It costs THB 150 per person for a non-stop trip between Makkasan and the airport.
City Link Train
The ride will take 30 minutes to travel the 28 kilometers (17 miles) to the airport, making six stops along the way throughout the city, and linking with both the Subway (MRT) and Skytrain (BTS) systems in Bangkok.
The cost of the City Line is between THB 15 – THB 45 according to distance travelled between Phayathai Station and Suvarnabhumi Airport.
Getting to the Hotel
Upon arrival, head to the Airport Rail Link located at the basement level of Suvarnabhumi Airport. The Continent Hotel guests are recommended to purchase the Express Line ticket to Makkasan station, where they would need to change lines & take the subway from Petchburi (MRT) to Sukhumvit (MRT) station. On arrival at Sukhumvit MRT Station take Exit No. 2.
